We will always give a fixed price over the phone from your description, however on occasion the correct information may not have been given and could affect the price quoted but we would make you aware of this before any work is carried out.

Please be cautious when phoning for quotes – some national companies will appear by their phone number to be local, will take much longer to arrive and will advertise from very low prices which will often not be realistic of the final bill.
Cancellation charges for out of hours & emergency call outs
– Once a call is booked with us, a cancellation charge may be applicable to you when cancelling the job.
If you instruct us to attend and we prioritise your call, making a valiant effort to get to you, but subsequently cancel, the call cancellation fees will apply (50% of the charge quoted)
– If you pre-booked a job with us and you would like to reschedule it rather than simply cancel it, there will be no cancellation charge, however, it must be done at least with 24 hours notice.
If we have specifically ordered parts for your job, the cost of these parts will be added to the cancellation fee.
