This is the second time I have used Simon over the past 5 years in different houses and he is a star. He is a generous man with a wealth of knowledge. His timekeeping, workmanship & sheer customer service is second to none. I use all forms of tradesmen and Simon is top draw and the finest of all trades I have used in the past 10 years. Many of the big companies have been furloughed so was lucky to be recommended Simon at Curley Locks by one of them. He was extremely helpful, reliable and quick to resolve my issue with professionalism and at a very reasonable price, impressed, as others might have seen an opportunity to take advantage! Called out on a Sunday afternoon having lost my front door key on a run. Arrived within half an hour (and ten minutes earlier than he suggested he'd be with us by) and was fantastic, especially at observing safe practice and social distancing (as this occurred during the current Covid-19 pandemic). The job was performed quickly and safely and the customer service was second to none - we'd previously had our locks on all doors refitted when we first moved in, and were very glad to still have the details knocking around. Just easy, professional and reliable.read more

Turned up when they said they would and called ahead to allow me to get kids upstairs out of way (due to covid-19). Took all precautions to keep socially distant. Identified issue quickly on 1st visit but had to order parts (very old door/system). Returned promptly with colleague to fix the lock. Super friendly! Highly recommended.read more

I made an enquiry over the phone, explained my issue and Simon was more then knowledgeable about the part and after sending him images of the part, he sourced a replacement and had it delivered the same day it arrived in the workshop.The operative I spoke to on delivery was professional and helpful.Hopefully don't need to but would definitely use again.read more
